Transaction cancellation and returns

We at Jewelluxe make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the jewelry you have purchased. If you want to cancel the transaction or return the product, you can do so according to the following conditions:

1. Canceling a transaction
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later.
2. Returning products
Purchased products will be accepted for return under the following conditions:
• The product has not been used.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The product is not personalized.
3. Return cost
Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-returnable products
Custom made products or products that have been opened and used are not returnable.
5. Receiving a refund
The refund will be made with the same payment method in which the purchase was made, within 14 days of receiving the product back and inspecting it.
