The returns.

If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Important: The responsibility for ensuring the correct size lies solely with the customer. It is recommended to carefully check the size of the jewelry before placing the order. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size will not be accepted.


In order for your product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the original condition as you received it. The product must be in its original packaging.


The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom-made jewelry

• Jewelry used

• Personal or hygiene items


To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return your purchase to the supplier or manufacturer.


In some cases, only partial refunds are given:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons other than our error

• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item and will let you know whether the return has been approved or declined. If approved, the return will be processed and you will be credited within a few business days.


Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If the problem persists, please contact us at: jewelluxemarket@gmail.com.


Products on sale or discounts:

Items on sale or at discounts are not returnable.


Replacements:

We only replace defective items. Please contact jewelluxemarket@gmail.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item upon receipt of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be given to the person who purchased the product.

Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if accepted.

The time to receive the replaced product may vary depending on the shipping location.


It is recommended to send items over €75 with tracking or insurance, we are not responsible for loss during return.
