Order Cancellation and Returns

At JEWELLUXE™

we make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the jewelry you purchased. If you wish to cancel an order or return a product, you may do so in accordance with the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers may cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the order details document, whichever is later.
2. Product Returns
Purchased products will be accepted for return under the following conditions:
• The product has not been used.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The product is not personalized.
3. Return Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Personalized products or products that have been opened and used are non-returnable.
5. Receiving a Refund
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned product and inspecting it.
