Order Processing Times:
We process all orders within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, and do not include holidays or weekends. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods and Times:
Our shipments are carried out in cooperation with reliable international logistics companies, and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Shipping to Israel takes between 8 to 15 business days.
• Shipping to the USA, Europe, and other countries ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
• Shipments to more remote countries may take up to 18 business days.

Order Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you to track your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight, and will be displayed during checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Taxes and Customs:
International orders, including shipments to Israel, may be subject to taxes, VAT, or customs duties, according to local policy. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

Shipping Delays:
Shipping times are estimated. Unexpected delays may occur at customs or due to other logistical reasons beyond our control, and we will make every effort to update you as needed.
