Returns Policy

Rehearsals

Our return policy is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order for your product to be returned, it must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Also, we do not accept intimate or medical products, dangerous materials or substances, or flammable liquids and gases.

Other products whose return is not allowed:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Some of the health products and personal products

To finalize its return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

• Books showing clear signs of use
• CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or opened records
• Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for a reason that is not our fault
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also indicate whether your refund has been approved or declined. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and you will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as the refund may take time to appear officially. Next, contact your bank. The appearance of the return is often accompanied by treatment time. If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jewelluxemarket@gmail.com.

Products on sale or discounts (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be returned. Unfortunately, items on sale or discounts cannot be returned.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace damaged items. If you need to exchange yours for the same item, email us at jewelluxemarket@gmail.com and send your item to: Kinor Street, Ashdod, Southern District, 7777306, Israel.

gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who sent the gift accepted the order with the intention of passing it on to you later, they will receive the refund and know that you have returned their gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your product are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive the replaced product may vary.

If you are sending an item with a value of over €75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
